Production Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Train Line Leader about working process and emphasize your staffs to strictly follow the work procedure.
• To supervise employees, must comply with company rules and regulations.
• To plan production, including manpower, materials according to the daily plan and weekly plan.
• To coordinate with the other department in case of quality problems, to prevent the problem recurring.
• To coordinate with other department in order to make production as planned, or to provide a smooth production. 
• Monitor and manage the scrap or rework that has quality problems.
• Supporting control the return of remaining raw materials from production for each job order.
• Emphasize your staffs to keep clean their working area and support 5s activities
• Other assign by superior
• Must clean up their working areas and also help maintain clear refuse to high standards hygiene.
• Consider any acts or mission may affect with health and safety.
• Must report all accident and near misses and any actual potential hazards to their Supervisor or Manager.
• Wearing of the correct safety equipment, using the appropriate safety devices
• Follow properly standard safety systems of work.
• Recommend suitable idea suggestions for improvement and reduces risk with superior.

• Experience in PCB Assembly Industry
• Good command in English
