Design and produce all marketing and promotional materials for the hotel, including posters, flyers, menus, gift vouchers, promotional signs, and printed media.

Create digital content and artwork for online platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Line OA, website, and email marketing.

Maintain and develop visual consistency for both Head Office (Bangkok) and Pattaya Branch, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s brand identity.

Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments from both locations to support sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct photography and video shoots for hotel activities, promotions, guest experiences, rooms, and F&B outlets.

Organize and manage artwork files, templates, and digital assets for future use.

Provide design and creative support for events, CSR projects, and internal communications.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing Communication, or a related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (experience in hotels or resorts is an advantage).

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva.

Basic photography and video editing skills (knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus).

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Willing to travel occasionally to Pattaya branch for photo shoots or marketing events.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive team spirit.

Basic command of English for communication.

Based in Bangkok Head Office, with occasional travel to Pattaya branch

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising

Understanding of content design and social media planning

Basic knowledge of printing production and material preparation
