Responsible

Support raw material forecasting and coordinate with suppliers for reservations

Follow up on supplier confirmations and delivery schedules to ensure timely supply

Assist in aligning material delivery plans with production and Order Processing timelines

Monitor and report differences between reserved materials and actual demand

Support supplier communication and basic negotiation on delivery schedules

Provide data support for RPA processes related to stock reservation and purchasing plans

Handle data entry and updates of material reservations and procurement data in ERP system

Education Level : More than Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field.

At least 1 year of procurement experience

Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

English reading/writing, computer Literate in basic business software

Computer Skill - Microsoft Word, Excel, V-look up, Pivot, ERP System
