Network Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare and maintain ISO 27001:2022 documentation in coordination with audit teams.
• Execute routine operational tasks and system health checks.
• Create/modify DNS records (e.g., AWS Route 53).
• Operate FortiGate, Aruba, HP, Cisco devices (Switches, Routers, Wireless Controllers, AP, ClearPass).
• Support Firewall, WAF, SD-WAN, and SASE operations.
• Operate Dell, HP, Synology, and Microsoft server equipment.
• Support ESXi, Linux, Hyper-V, and VMware environments.
• Modify IAM roles, policies, and permissions as authorized.
• Execute test restore activities per Client schedule.
• Remote Support + 24/7 On-call for Critical Incidents + Onsite when required

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in IT infrastructure operations (network, server, or cloud).
• Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Aruba, Cisco, or equivalent network technologies.
• Ability to follow runbooks and change procedures accurately.
• Ability to work 24/7 on-call and attend onsite when required.
• Strong discipline, fast learner, and good coordination/communication skills
• Intermediate in English
