Business Process Improvement

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Provide comprehensive analysis of existing business processes in order to identify areas for improvement as well as seek the opportunity for streamlining and automation.
• Propose optimistic business processes according to Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen framework for executive and relevant party consideration.
• Design working approach based on action research, execute projects as planned and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish the projects of business process improvement.
• Institutionalize new optimistic processes by policy / procedure formulation and documentation (SOP) aligning with regulatory requirements as well as work with all relevant parties until the official announcement.
• Develop process controlling points and closely monitor to ensure that the bank process still be executed as routine including establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of process execution.
• Brief Sales Training team about business process when changes are made to arrange training session and provide learning materials for employee self-learning.
• Oversee administration employee to perform routine sales administration work.
• Other assignment from supervisors.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related areas, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of working in the project manager role.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt) would be advantage.
• Well knowledge on lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles and other process improvement frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability of complex data interpretation and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership, project management and problem solving skills.
