หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstock and avoid shortages.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure efficient handling and distribution of goods.
• Develop accurate demand planning strategies based on actual consumption data across clinics and hospitals.
• Lead procurement strategy to control costs while maintaining quality and reliability.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with both domestic and international suppliers.
• Establish supplier agreements using industry methods such as framework contracts and blanket orders.
• Apply strong negotiation tactics to achieve favorable pricing and terms.
• Standardize products across clinics to streamline procurement and reduce SKU complexity.
• Identify and implement alternative product options to reduce risk and improve cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain a consistent, approved, and compliant product list.
• Ensure all materials meet applicable healthcare regulations and internal standards.
• Manage a team of 25+ staff across warehouse, purchasing, and planning functions.
• Provide clear delegation, structure, and KPIs for each department under your responsibility.
• Develop team capability through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Foster accountability and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 5–7 years of end-to-end supply chain experience in healthcare, hospitals, or aesthetic clinics.
• Proven ability to manage large teams across procurement, warehouse, and planning departments.
• Strong sourcing knowledge for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumables.
• Deep understanding of procurement strategy, supplier negotiation, inventory control, and compliance.
• Skilled in ERP systems and supply chain platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and execution capabilities.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for communication with international and local stakeholders (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
