Brand Strategy & Vision: • Responsible for defining the brand’s strategic positioning, values, messaging, and long-term vision. • Ensures that the brand strategy aligns with the business unit’s goals and the company’s broader vision, looking at how the brand fits within the market and drives growth.

Product Development & Portfolio Management: • Works on the development, innovation, and marketing of the brand’s product or service offerings, ensuring they align with the brand’s promise and target. • Oversees the business unit’s product portfolio, deciding on investment priorities, resource allocation, and ensuring the product roadmap aligns with both financial targets and market demand.

Marketing & Campaign Execution: • Designs and executes marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communication strategies to build brand awareness and loyalty. • Ensures marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize the brand’s impact and profitability across different markets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Works closely with internal teams such as sales & operation, marketing, and communications to bring brand initiatives to life. • Leads cross-functional collaboration, ensuring departments like finance, sales, and operations , warehouse/logisic understand and support brand objectives and strategies.

Financial Management & Budgeting: • Manages the budget allocated for brand activities, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving marketing goals. • Oversees the overall financial performance of the business unit, including brand-related costs and profitability, and ensures alignment with the organization’s financial objectives.

Market Research & Consumer Insights: • Analyzes market trends, consumer behavior.

Brand Communications and Messaging: • Oversee brand communications across all platforms.
