• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and plans to elevate the brand's presence and drive customer loyalty.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, fashion trends, and competitive positioning.

• Define and maintain the brand's positioning, identity, and voice across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values.

• Establish brand performance, cost and price structure and sales target.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, design, retail operations, and e-commerce, to ensure brand alignment and integration.

• Manage brand partnerships and collaborations, including negotiations, contract management, and activation planning.

• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.

• Analyse sells by stores to improve weak points and increase stores’ performance.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, influencers, and media.

• Stay updated on fashion industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and leverage insights to drive brand innovation and growth.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
