IT Support : Eng (บ่อวิน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Language requirement: Chinese & Thai preferred, followed by English & Thai - Responsible for the company's work environment software and hardware and desktop end point daily maintenance; - Responsible for the installation and maintenance of company computer equipment operating systems (Windows and Mac). - Responsible for the company's daily work system, work software, IT equipment software and hardware technical support; - Employee computer equipment issuance/installation/recycling/regular inventory of assets. - IT technical support for meetings and events, quickly responding to the support and maintenance work of various meeting venues in the company. - Responsible for IT asset management (warehousing, IT asset inventory management). - Assist system admin in troubleshooting and locating business systems (such as ERP, MES, WMS, etc.) issues, as well as basic system operation and maintenance. - Ability to provide support for Windows, network, and Linux servers; understand and comprehend network theory, such as different protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, etc.), IP data packets, DNS, OSI layer, and load balancing, and be proficient in using basic Shell instructions for troubleshootin
