หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Monitor daily cash positions and prepare weekly + 30-day rolling cash-flow forecasts

Recommend actionable measures to maintain liquidity and optimise working capital

Approve and review payment runs executed by the Finance Officer (bank transfers, e-payments, petty cash, corporate cards)

Oversee bank and credit card reconciliations, resolving variances with the Accounting Supervisor

Review variance analyses, update KPI dashboards, and present insights to the CFO

Assist with scenario modelling and forecasting

Coordinate VAT and CIT provisional tax schedules with internal staff and external tax advisors

Maintain tax filing calendar to ensure zero late penalties

Liaise with Accounting, Marketing, Trading, and other teams to embed financial KPIs into decision-making

Mentor and guide the Finance Officer on reporting and reconciliations

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 5ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

5+ years in corporate finance/treasury roles (SME or start-up experience preferred)

Proven track record in cash management and reconciliations

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, forecasting) and ERP knowledge (Dynamics AX or similar)

Familiarity with VAT and CIT compliance basics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with banks, auditors, and cross-functional teams

A positive, proactive attitude—calm under pressure and eager to grow with a high-energy team

Bonus: Exposure to FP&A tax elements and scenario modelling

High-potential candidates with strong academic or professional drive are also encouraged to apply—even if not ticking every box
