Assistant HRD Manager (Training Center - Based in Khon Kaen)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: • Effectively manage and responsible for all HRD functions as Training & Development, Knowledge Management for Training Center • Be internal trainner, instructor/speaker facilitator for training center , and other to Organization objectives • Drive for Knowledge Management in Company • Work with Human Resources of Group Level

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Development or any related filed • At least 5 years' experience in HRD, Training Center, Knowledge Management from a multinational manufacturing industry is advantage • Strong leadership, Presentation and Communication skill • Proactive, energetic and passion to work success • Good analytical, problem solving • Good command of English in spoken & written and Computer literacy • Able to travel up-country/oversea in occational
