Project Manager/Owner

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze client and stakeholder requirements to define the project scope
• Develop project plans, including objectives, scope, resource allocation, and timeline.
• Identify and prioritize tasks and milestones for each project phase
• Conduct a Kick-off Meeting to initiate the project and ensure all team members understand the project plan
• Coordinate and manage collaboration between internal teams, outsourced teams, developers, designers, and executive management.
• Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal workflow in each project phase.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve project goals.
• Resolve conflicts within the team and foster a productive working environment.
• Track project progress using project management tools such as Monday, Jira, or Trello
• Prepare and present Project Status Reports to stakeholders
• Conduct regular update meetings with team members and stakeholders, such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospective Meetings.
• Serve as the main liaison between the project team and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Communicate any changes in project plans or requirements to relevant parties
• Oversee and control project changes (Change Requests) to maintain project integrity
• Assess the impact of changes on resources, budget, and timeline
• Define the Product Vision and Product Roadmap based on customer and market needs
• Prioritize the Product Backlog using insights from market analysis and customer feedback
• Work closely with the development team to deliver high-value products that align with business goals

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 2-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or other project management frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Jira, Trello
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and Strong presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex information for various audiences.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project objectives
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new methodologies and technologies
• Possession of PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is an advantage
