Technician Supervisor (Security System)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Performs technical/ service tasks on-site (if required) under the direction and supervision of the General Manager to meet the objectives of on-site ES service and maintenance. 2. Visits, as scheduled, customers’ sites (if required) to deliver service assignments. 3. Ensures planned ES service schedule/activities are completed in time (ensure procurement and timely deliveries of spare parts/services). 4. Develop business relations with all clients discuss clients’ security needs and recommend proper solutions and services. 5. Provides efficient technical problem-solving to on-call and maintenance contract customers (provides technical advice and service; resolves day-to-day technical problems). 6. Equipment hardware and software fault clearance/fault report (ongoing-pending-completed). 7. Failure analysis: providing all maintenance information for failure analysis, monitoring failure trends, and creating failure reports. 8. Liaise with the engineer regarding all matters relating to service/technical support. Coordinate technical support with internal/external interface customers/partners. 9. Supports administrative tasks (Filing system, service documentation including ACE documents). 10. Responses to customer calls/inquiries. 11. Visits metropolitan and up-country on-site, be prepared to work additional hours/ emergency anywhere within the area of responsibility of the Company as may be needed from time to time. 12. Tests and conducts periodic checks on security systems and personal equipment for safety purposes. 13. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain ACE goals and objectives (such as setting up/implementing standardized service and maintenance administration documents/procedures). 14. The position is accountable for strictly complying with the Code of Ethics. 15. The position is accountable for implementing assigned responsibilities and activities to attain EH&S goals and objectives and complying with EH&S policies, applicable rules, procedures, and regulations.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1 A diploma or degree (vocational or higher) in Electrical/ Electronics is required/ preferred. 2 A minimum of 3-4 years of electronic security knowledge, skills, and experience in the electronic security industry/companies/organizations. 3 Able to work well under pressure and tight/ urgent schedule assigned. 4 Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work upcountry. 5 Good English communications and computer competencies. 6 Customer-oriented, detailed, well-organized, and independent ability. 7 Standard competencies for 34-40 as follows; Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Communications, Listening, and Ethics.
