Marketing Deputy Director

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Set up overall marketing and shopper strategies, goals, objectives, plans and develop marketing policies and systems to ensure that the established policy and systems are competitive and in line with the organization’s strategy and current trends
• Lead overall marketing operations and set concepts, action plans, sales promotion activities the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns to increase foot traffic and drive sales
• Set up online and offline marketing strategies and directions for marketing communication, advertising, public relations, and marketing activities
• Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
• Oversee performance measurement, monitoring, control, and reporting activities within designated timelines and through effective team management

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail environment
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the retail or entertainment industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent managerial skills
• Excellent command of Thai and English for business conduct level
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing landscape, including online, offline, and on ground
• Ability to map customer journeys and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and our business
• Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with target audiences and communities
