หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Record financial transactions in the accounting software (Odoo) and manage month-end accounting process (mainly in AR)

Ensure all accounts are reconciled accurately.

Ensure the accuracy of invoices.

Follow up outstanding invoices, record payments received from clients and issue tax invoices/receipts.

Respond to clients' questions or clarifications about their invoices and payments.

Prepare and file monthly and yearly tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws (PND 3, PND 53, PND54, PND50, PND51, PP 30, PP36)

Manage petty cash

Liaise with the external auditors and ensure timely delivery of the Audited Financial Statements

Prepare and submit financial statements to the Ministry of Commerce (Sor.Bor.Chor.3, BOJ.5)

Perform other assignments from Managing Director

คุณสมบัติ

เพศ : หญิง

อายุ(ปี) : 25 - 36

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Thai Nationality only

Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Accounting with a CPD License

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant working experience is required.

Experience in Odoo (accounting software) would be an advantage

Good knowledge and experience with accounting and taxation

Good interpersonal skill, Excellent communication skills, Well planning

Energetic, hands-on, working under pressure and deadline, self-motivation

Good command of spoken and written in English with business level

Strong level of accuracy & attention to detail

Strong sense of ownership and accountability
