Junior Network Support

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitoring on the Network.
• Administer network equipment (Firewall, Wireless, Network Switch, IP Management, DHCP, DNS).
• Serve as the first point of contact for Customers Network, by phone, email.
• Create, Update, Follow up, and Close Ticket.
• Basic troubleshooting or verifying issues, and forwarding the Ticket to the related team with necessary information.
• Troubleshoot LAN and network connection problems, including network equipment status.
• Responding on time to service issues and requests.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Report.
• Cooperate with related parties to resolve issues.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male Age 23-30 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Network related.
• Be familiar with Ticket process, Internet, Network, and Computer troubleshooting.
• Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation.
• Contract 1 year. (renewable)
