Business Solutions Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Communication between customer & each dep.
• Calculate all staff KPI & customer satisfation & arrange FOD training schedule
• Local delivery billing
• Cost analysis for hand carry shipment
• Inquiry, RFQ and bidding quotation to customers
• Maintain vendor & customer & billing code in Cargowise system
• Press for customer debt
• Approve air import in Cargowise system & ocean billing with cost fulfillment.
• Look for sales lead and keep update in Sales Force
• Collaborate with global sales team for current & cargo project shipments

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Male / Female , Age between of 25 - 45 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or any Microsoft office, Excel, Power point, Word and outlook
• Good personality & relationship.
• Negotiation skill
• Good command in English
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to function in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
