Marketing Executive (Skincare)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Plan and execute sales promotion activities across various channels to drive in-store sales performance.
• Manage in-store promotional materials, product display, shelf arrangement, and planogram execution.
• Propose creative ideas and provide graphic briefs for the development of product communication and promotional materials.
• Plan, monitor, and control the marketing budget to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market conditions, competitors, and consumer behavior to support effective marketing strategies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, or other related roles.
• Strong understanding of consumers, market dynamics, competitors, and market trends, with the ability to contribute to effective new product development.
• Open to learning new things and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for work-related tasks.
