Project Assistant Position

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Roles and Responsibility • Continually multitasking and dealing with internal and external parties of a wide degree of levels and backgrounds and communication • Collecting reports and data from different projects and prepare presentation for Client • Handling complaints and negotiations from existing client • Research online and offline for relevant market data and insights • Sourcing activation-related materials e.g. premium gifts, uniforms • Follow-up with internal and external parties to ensure tasks are completed on time • Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects. • Maintaining a database of contact information. • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience. • English Thai-English translation • Regular market visits with Senior Manager Requirement • Bachelor’s degree • Proficient in English and Thai • Organization and time management • Presentation Skills • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Creative in terms of generating new ideas and problem solving • Positive attitude and great personality to interact with different people • Always observant and curious • Fresh graduates are welcome, some project coordination experience will be a plus
