Marketing Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage responsible product group(s) to achieve sales with A&P budget and market share targets
• Co-ordinate with advertising agency to create competitive advantages for the responsible product(s)
• Explore new market potential to capture consumer trend.
• Provide Pre and Post-event analysis for proper marketing activities
• Work with advertising agency and distributor to implement and monitor effective A&P spending-media, promotions, public relations and event marketing
• Analyze sales turnover of product(s) by channel ensuring accuracy information for superior
• Review competitors’ strategies as well as competitive product tracking to update competitor information
• Regular market visit in Bangkok and up-country to check customer satisfaction, A&P impact including shelf and shop decoration
• Supervise, control and analyze product-related researches in both quantitative and qualitative forms and report to superior
• Debrief training courses to concerning parties
• Coach and train junior staffs under supervisor to ensure highest performance
• Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Advertising and Marketing or related fields.
• Good analytics skills, deep knowledge of marketing tools, and strong creativity
• At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing field
