The Digital and Content Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands, with a strong focus on performance-driven campaigns and high-quality content creation. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media, content development, CRM, and conversion-focused initiatives. You will guide a team of Content Creators and Graphic Designers while also taking ownership of key digital activities to drive measurable growth. Develop and implement integrated digital and content marketing strategies to achieve brand growth and revenue goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team ensuring clear direction, strong collaboration, and high-quality output.
Work closely with senior management to align marketing directions with overall business objectives.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LINE for both lead generation and e-commerce performance.
Analyze media performance and use data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and creative approaches.
Ensure accurate tracking through platforms such as Shopify, GA4, GTM, RedTrack, WeTrack, or HyROS.
Support campaign setup, optimization, and digital execution as needed to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain consistent digital performance across all channels.
Coordinate with creative teams to produce ad creatives that drive CTR, engagement, and conversions.
Work closely with Content Creators and Graphic Designers to develop engaging, brand-aligned content for social media, ads, and landing pages.
Lead creative testing across formats, angles, and storytelling styles to improve performance results.
Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support ideation and copy development for ads and campaign assets.
Direct A/B testing for landing pages, offers, and creative variations.
Improve page flow, messaging, and user experience across funnels to raise conversion rates.
Manage LINE OA CRM and develop workflows using platforms such as HubSpot, LINE OA, Sleek, Asana, or other suited systems.
Implement retention strategies to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
Track key marketing metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Prepare clear and actionable reports for senior management, summarizing campaign results and strategic insights.

Familiar with CRM and automation tools (e.g., LINE OA, Zapier, Make, n8n).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects across multiple brands.
Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing) with the ability to work effectively with foreigners
