Oversee all employees across 2 companies: The Cubic Fitness Company Limited and Cubic Emsphere Company Limited, covering multiple branches including: Chidlom Branch (President Tower), Emsphere Branch, Mo Chit Branch (BTS The Visionary Park) Additionally, support workforce expansion planning for upcoming new branches in the future.
Responsible for recruitment activities, including drafting job advertisements, posting position requirements, and promoting a positive employer brand.
Collect, categorize, and screen resumes; contact shortlisted candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
Analyze recruitment challenges and provide recommendations to optimize the recruitment system and workflow.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing all required documentation.
Remind managers or the CEO to complete the probation evaluation process within the required timeline.
Manage time attendance, employee welfare, and benefits for all staff.
Process monthly payroll, including salary calculation, overtime, bonuses, social security contributions, withholding tax, and preparing all related payroll reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Keep labor laws and employment regulations up-to-date and ensure company compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Handle internal communication and support the planning and execution of company activities.
Coordinate with government officers and relevant authorities regarding HR-related matters.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address workplace concerns, and foster positive employee relations.
Assist in coordination with Venine teams as required.
Perform other duties assigned by the CEO, Co-founder, and manager.

To understand the recruitment process, screening Job Description and interview.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good personality and skill to solve with day-to-day problems.
Ability to maintain accuracy and consistency when handling employee data, documentation, and HR records.
Enthusiasm for working in HR, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, strong willingness to learn
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for preparing reports, presentations, and maintaining records.
