Sales Coordinator

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Communicate and take care customers for domestic function such as order confirming, Customer inquiry, sale condition and customer complain. - Responsible for all shipping process and monitor all export documents is completed. - Contacting with shipping agent/freight forwarder to follow up on shipping process (Shipping schedule space reservation, freight cost.) - Communicate and take care customers for export function such as order confirming, Customer inquiry, sale condition and customer complain. - Coordinate with other departments in order to implement efficient export. - Prepare and exhibit the event both in domestic and oversea. - Achieve all tasks and report assigned by Supervisor and Management. - Assist Supervisor in co-ordinate to achieve sale plan and target.
