Billing Management: Ensuring precise and punctual payment processes for freelance livestream operations staff in accordance with our finance and accounting policies.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices related to livestream talent management.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Proven 1-3 years of experience in livestream talent management, influencer marketing, or related roles within the entertainment or digital media industry.

Strong understanding of live streaming platforms, audience dynamics, and content trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Passion for digital entertainment and a keen interest in emerging technologies and trends.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
