Provide and support subcontractors' performance review process with KPIs and reporting Support audit for subcontractors to ensure quality assurance Support necessary training for the subcontractors

Implement and support bidding processes together with other business groups if necessary

Create various options for requiring transport volume (purchase, driver-owner, quota, lease, other)

Prepare method of saving results by renegotiation rates with subcontractors

อายุ(ปี) : 26 ปีขึ้นไป

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 4ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation and/or Logistics fields

At least 4 years of experience in Transportation, Vendor Management and Sub-contractor management fields

Detail-oriented and organized; strong planning and prioritization abilities

Self-motivated and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills and

Able to navigate ambiguous situations, handle pressure and work in a fast-paced/dynamic environment

Capable in G-Suite & Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint

Good Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and ability to work independently

Good command of Thai/English and presentation skills
