Develop and manage customer accounts in mold manufacturing and related industries

Promote and provide technical advice on mold polishing tools, industrial equipment, and consumables

Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer factories

Analyze customer production problems and propose appropriate technical solutions

Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Use CRM systems to manage customer information, track opportunities, and plan sales activities

Manage sales territory and plan effective customer visits

Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote products and generate new leads

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth

Prepare sales reports and identify new market opportunities

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred) can be other degree if he have strong sales experience

Good command of English for communication

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience in mold industry, tooling, abrasives, mold polishing, or industrial tools will be an advantage

Ability to understand and present technical products to customers

Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer data and sales pipeline

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Able to travel to visit customers at factories and travel upcountry when required

Valid driver’s license and ability to drive

Self-motivated with strong responsibility and positive personality

Ability to work under sales targets and KPI-driven environmen

Candidates with existing connections in mold, die casting, plastic injection, or manufacturing factories will be highly considered
