Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and other key stakeholders. / Act as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries and issues. / Facilitate communication and collaboration between dealers and the company.

Strategic Planning : Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the dealer network. / Align network development strategies with overall business goals and objectives. / Prepare and present reports on network performance and development activities to senior management.

Market Analysis and Research : Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. / Use data and insights to inform network development strategies and decision-making.

Contract Negotiation and Management : Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing dealers. / Ensure all contractual obligations are met and maintain accurate records.

Compliance and Standards : Ensure all dealers comply with Multi Brand corporate identity, company policies, procedures, and standards. / Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain network quality.

Training and Development : Develop and deliver training programs to support dealer growth and development. / Provide ongoing support and resources to dealers to enhance their capabilities.
