หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Manage technology services that meet operational requirements 2. Directly serves as the lead IT liaison with all employee, to understand and interpret the needs and to collaborate 3. Provides technical leadership on a variety of highly specialized project-related activities requiring expertise in specific technical areas for core information technology systems and services 4. Coordinates with the Company’s admin related to IT purchases (hardware, software and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs 5. Delivers appropriate personnel actions and educational and training to ensure high quality of performances 6. Initiate, developing, implementing, and maintenance of objectives, short- and long-range of IT planning, with an emphasis on advocating for the needs of the area(s) supported; implements tracking and evaluation programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals 7. Participates in development of Service Level Agreements, and Job Description consistent with the needs of the organization 8. In Charge of problem resolution, performance and counselor in IT areas 9. Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant of technology, equipment, and/or systems 10. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, otherwise may come across to disciplinary action and reports
