Training Specialist : Customer Service team (ฝึกอบรมCall center)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ทำงาน 6 วัน จันทร์ - เสาร์ 9.00 - 18.00 MRT ห้วยขวาง 300 เมตร Schedule and instruct regular training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process Design and deliver training programs, material and tools to assess, diagnose, and measure the effectiveness of training programs and use results to suggest creative training solutions Track team performance to assess training effectiveness in partnership with Manager, QA QC and Analysis team; provide recommendations regarding best practices to address challenging customer contacts; providing feedback and coaching on quality of customer communications - phone, email, chat, and social media Maintain working standard, technical and product knowledge, including taking calls or chats and making team observation Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management on team performance, contact volume and SLAs, complaint handling, and other KPI measurements. Create and manage the training budget and submit to management Maintain updated records and all relevant documents of training curricula and material

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมพนักงานด้านการบริการ หากเคยฝึกCall center จะยินดีมาก ต้องมีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปี สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานและ MS office ได้
