Software Development Process Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop, implement, and maintain software development processes, methodologies, and standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the SDLC.
• Collaborate with software development teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with established processes.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce development cycle times, and enhance product quality.
• Provide guidance and training to development teams on best practices, tools, and techniques for software development process adherence.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and track progress over time.
• Act as a liaison between development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve process-related issues.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development methodologies to drive innovation and improvement.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience more than 5 years in software development process management, with a strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Solid knowledge of software development tools, version control systems, and project management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner) is a plus.
