หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Provide first-level support for ERP system users, including issue analysis, troubleshooting, and user guidance.

Act as a primary contact point between business users and ERP vendors/consultants for issue escalation and resolution.

Support ERP-related activities such as user access management, basic system configuration, data validation, and report assistance.

Assist in ERP enhancement projects, system testing (UAT), and user training sessions.

Monitor ERP system performance and support daily operational stability.

Document ERP issues, solutions, and user manuals to improve knowledge sharing.

Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues when required.

Support internal network operations including Internet, Wi-Fi, VPN, and system connectivity to ensure ERP availability.

Contribute ideas to improve ERP usage, IT workflows, and overall system efficiency.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.

At least 1–3 years of experience in ERP support, application support, or IT support roles.

Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms.

Understanding of business processes such as Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, or Operations is an advantage.

Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and basic network configuration.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a service-minded attitude.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Good communication skills in Thai and English (verbal and written).

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving ERP and IT environments.
