• KOL Strategy & Planning o Develop KOL and influencer strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives. o Identify suitable KOL tiers (Mega, Macro, Micro, Nano, KOC) for each campaign. o Manage influencer marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.
• Influencer Sourcing & Negotiation o Research, evaluate, and recruit KOLs that fit brand image and target audience. o Negotiate fees, deliverables, and campaign timelines. o Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.
• KOL Database & Rate Card Library Management o Collect and update contact details, rate cards, and performance data of all KOLs. o Maintain an organized and up-to-date KOL Library that includes creator profiles, past collaboration results, engagement metrics, and content examples. o Classify KOLs by tier, platform, and content style to support quick selection for future campaigns. o Track historical collaboration costs and performance for data-driven decision making.
• Campaign Management o Create detailed campaign briefs and coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Graphic). o Monitor posting timelines, verify content accuracy, and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines. o Summarize key highlights and ensure deliverables meet KPIs.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting o Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, and GMV. o Use tools like Kalo Data, Meta Insights, and TikTok Creator Center for evaluation. o Present post-campaign reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Always-on & Trend Monitoring o Identify rising creators, viral trends, and new opportunities for collaboration. o Recommend innovative formats (live selling, duet, storytelling reviews, etc.). o Stay updated on social media algorithms and influencer marketing best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for influencer marketing and social media are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of Thai influencer ecosystem and platform dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Proficient in tools such as Kalo Data, Excel/Google Sheets will be advantage.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends.
