Responsible

Analyze and compare prices to get the lowest cost and fastest delivery time.

Calculate the selling price, which includes transportation costs and import taxes, and quote the product to the customer and sales according to the requirements received.

Manage purchase orders both domestically and internationally to meet the deadlines in customer orders and department KPIs.

Check the specification of the product to meet the purchase order. Control the delivery time to meet the deadline.

Control and track the transportation of goods from abroad according to the delivery schedule.

Control the cost of importing goods from abroad.

Handle product claims with suppliers.

Evaluate the quality of suppliers/contractors.

Coordinate with internal and external parties.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Business Administration, Engineering , or Related Fields.

Good planning and analytical thinking skills.

Good attitude, creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about work.

Work under pressure and solve immediate problems well.

Knowledge of trading business of spare parts and/or machinery.

Knowledge of import and export and inventory management (if any).

Detail oriented.

Good command of English, reading, and writing (TOEIC 750 or higher).

Competent in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Internet.

Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
