หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Developing and implementing project management strategies
• Leading and mentoring project managers and project teams
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
• Managing and resolving project risks and issues
• Reporting project status and performance to executive management
• Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in project management, with 5 years in a senior management role overseeing large-scale projects
• Competency Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead large project teams and manage senior managers
• Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing long-term project strategies aligned with business goals
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
