Operation (Chinese Speaking)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Analyze and solve problems that occur on the platform.
• Develop functions for various uses on the platform.
• Maintain the platform's smooth operation to sustain continuous user base.
• Work closely with operations department Customer service team, Call center team, Tester team and Developer team.
• Able to coordinate with relevant external agencies

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Nationality :Thai
• Flexible and has ability to work hard.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties
• Good command of Chinese (and English will receive special consideration.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, leadership and team management skills
• Can communicate effectively with developers.
• Be able to work well under pressure.
• Excellence in Microsoft Office or other tools.
• Typing skills Thai 45 WPM / Chinese 40 WPM
