Prepare and verify all related documents to import and export, such as Invoice / Packing list / BL / Air Waybill / FTA Forms, etc

Prepare, handling, organizing and storing documents related to import and export activities

Process and coordinate in license/certificate application processes of various authorities involved

Coordinate with shipping agent in various customs clearance procedures

Coordinate with other departments to complete the import and export activities

Checking Expenses, negotiating transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability with external freight forwarders

Maintain precise records of all import and export transactions

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2 - 5

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Science or a related field

1-2 years experience in import and/or export operations

Knowledge of customs, international trade, and FTA regulations

Knowledge of import-export and customs clearance processes

Excellent computer skills (MS-Office, Acrobat, E-mailing, etc.)

Good communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking), including strong negotiation abilities

Flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels including management

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, hard-working and a "can-do" positive attitude

Able to work flexible hours

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to work under pressure
