Factory Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage the factory ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service and profitability for the company.
• Establish policies, strategic plans and goals of the production process to meet standards, Increase opportunities and competitiveness, sustainability for the company.
• Able to plan, analyze, manage resources, manage costs, develop production processes in both quantity and quality, increase productivity.
• Develop and improve production processes and find new machines used in production to increase efficiency.
• Coordinating with other internal departments such as sales, purchasing, quantity surveyors to keep operations in the same direction and in accordance with the prescribed plan.
• Supervise the work of employees to be in the standard regulations and to be aware of safety at work.
• Contribute to training, development and evaluate the performance of employees in the supervisor.
• Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans.
• Stock Controller responsibilities include tracking, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Proven working experience in factory, warehouse or stocks management.
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering or architect is a plus.
• Knowledge in construction materials, related tools and process.
• Ability to set clear objectives aligned with company goals, develop strategic plans, and establish policies that enhance production efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Strong capability in planning, analyzing, and optimizing resources (including manpower, materials, and machinery) to maximize production output while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal departments such as sales, purchasing, quality control, and logistics to ensure alignment in operations and achieve organizational objectives
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and evaluating staff to enhance skills, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Support initiatives to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by meeting production timelines, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
• Ability to oversee stock control activities, conduct inventory audits, and maintain accurate records to support production planning and purchasing decisions.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and market conditions, and proactive in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, technologies, and practices.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control measures, and financial implications of production decisions to ensure profitability and sustainability.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise in production, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and optimize output.
