Responsible

Plan and execute catering services both inside and outside the venue.

Find new customers (Corporate, Event, Wedding, Private Party) and maintain existing customer base.

Offer menus, food and catering packages to customers.

Coordinate with the kitchen, service and operations departments to ensure that catering meets standards.

Education Level : High Vocational - Bachelor's Degree

Experience(Yr) : 1 - 5

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Have 1-3 years or more experience in sales

Good personality, agile, excellent interpersonal skills

Have negotiation and presentation skills

Have negotiation, presentation and closing skills.

Able to use a computer and Microsoft Office programs

Able to work outside the office

Experience in food and beverage will be given special consideration.
