• + Bachelor's in related field. + Age 25-30 years old, Female is preferred . + Experience in selling real estate is preferred. + Able to communicate in English and Thai (written and spoken)or third is preferred. + Computer literacy is a must (MS Word, Excel, PowerPiont). + Personalities Extrovert is preferred for (Property Consultant Sales). + Self-motivated and strong-minded. + Work 6 days including Sat- Sun (1 holiday). + Must have car is preferred. Responsibilities + Market and promote properties for sales. + Collect information about property-offices, and also arrange for photographs to be taken. + Visit and advise to the sellers about their property and its special features. + Represent the sellers in negotiating with prospective buyers. + Advise clients and help buyers to decide on what they want to buy. + Manage Lead and Listing.
