Graphic Designer Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Supervise and lead the graphic designing team, responsible for assigning tasks, overseeing and coaching on creative process, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. - Guide and advise fellow employees in both the creative process and client management to foster stronger working relationships and solutions - Developing brand strategy and providing creative concepts and designs to the different campaigns - Design materials for promoting product (KV, packaging, OOH, LED screen and social media contents) and engagement with directors; - Work closely with the team to visually explain complex data findings, including infographics. - Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction; - Provide technical support for design and video-related efforts; - Maintain organized content files, and help to organize and archive existing key visual and graphics files; - Keeping informed on latest trends and forecasts - Other duties as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field; may be substituted with commensurate work experience - Minimum 8 years related professional experience in a production environment for visual design and video editing - Knowledge of layouts, CI, KV, graphic fundamentals, website, animation and printing; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members - A demonstrated working knowledge of experience design, brand development, and creative process - Strong knowledge of Adobe collections, After Effect, Photoshop and Illustrator in addition to an understanding of Sketch, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong written and oral communication skills. - A team Leader, who is also self-motivated.
