Responsible

Perform quantity take-off from drawings to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Cost Plans, and related documentation

Prepare cost estimates (material & labor)

Review and manage variation orders (VO)

Verify work progress and certify payments

Prepare cost reports and support budget control

Prepare and review tender documents, including scope of work and pricing

Support and advise on tendering processes and contractor selection

Prepare and review contracts and conditions of contract in line with project requirements

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (or related engineering software)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good command of English (reading and writing) is an advantage
