B2B Telesales Supervisor

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage and assist the telemarketers team to sell wine & spirits
• Manage a database of B2B clients over Thailand
• Build prospects data base of B2B clients & improve the lead-to-customer conversion rate
• Proactively maximize key accounts by maintaining direct weekly communication
• Propose and implement sales plans and strategies according to company objectives
• Set daily, weekly and monthly KPI + insure the team overachieves KPI
• Monitor and report the performance of the telemarketers team
• Develop sales scripts and FAQ guide to improve customer experience
• Handle Customer relation on Social Media and implement marketing campaigns
• Up-selling and process orders
• Recruit & Train new telemarketers
• Report to Sales Director

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Experience in sales team management
• Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing
• Good Sales & Management Skills and Customer Service minded
• Result-driven profile
• Good understanding of Social Media
• Excellent command of English & Thai (Spoken & Written)
