Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising (Ads Management) and data analytics. Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance work efficiency and productivity.

Budget Management: Strong skills in budget planning and ROI optimization. Able to manage spending effectively with clear, data-driven results.

Creativity & Trends: Highly creative with a strong aesthetic sense for content quality control. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and be willing to experiment with new strategies to drive sales.

Communication & Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to provide clear briefs to creative and sales teams.

Professional Attributes: Decisive, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.

Language: Good command of English (Professional working level).
