Responsible

Ensure timely and accurate tax filing, including corporate tax, VAT, and other regulatory requirements.

Responsible for year-end closing process, liaison with external auditor and Revenue Department officer to ensure compliance with local law, financial and tax regulations.

Responsible for preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, budgets, budget-to-actuals, and financial projections.

Manage local finance teams and coordinate financial reporting activities across headquarter offices. Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering continuous improvement and efficiency.

Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Working closely with management for reports providing and analysis findings

Other tasks assigned by management.

Knowledge and competence qualifications

Age over 35 years old and female only.

Holding CPD license is preferred.

Experience at least 5 years in similar role.

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in finance and accounting.

Excellent command in English (Able speak Chinese is an advantage).

Good leadership skill and able to work under pressure as well

Strong knowledge in accounting system (D-Account, Oracle, and Other).
