Assistant Manager, Branding and Communication (Tim Hortons Thailand)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead Tim Hortons’ brand positioning, communication territories, and long-term brand direction in Thailand
• Ensure global brand guidelines are effectively localized for the Thai market
• Strengthen brand relevance and distinctiveness in the café & restaurant landscape
• Monitor brand health, brand perception, and key competitors
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across ATL, Digital, CRM, PR, and Influencer channels
• Develop campaign narratives, key messages, and storytelling aligned with brand strategy
• Collaborate with agencies to define channel roles, media mix, and investment priorities
• Ensure paid media supports brand objectives, campaign storytelling, and funnel roles
• Support influencer/KOL strategy to enhance brand credibility and engagement
• Oversee brand communication across owned platforms including social media, website, CRM, and in-store media
• Ensure content direction, tone of voice, and visual identity align with brand guidelines
• Support PR, influence, and partnership initiatives to drive earned visibility
• Identify relevant cultural moments and community opportunities
• Lead creative development including KV, artwork, copy, video and campaign assets
• Brief, manage, and collaborate with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies
• Review and approve all brand communication to ensure consistency, quality and alignment with brand guidelines
• Interpret media and digital performance to inform communication and creative optimization
• Ensure media and digital executions support both brand-building and campaign objectives
• Apply funnel-based thinking to balance awareness, engagement, and conversion roles

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related fields
• 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications or integrated marketing roles
• Experience working with digital, media, and integrated campaigns (Paid / Owned / Earned)
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer communication
• Experience collaborating with creative, media, PR, and influencer agencies
• Ability to interpret media and digital campaign performance to inform communication optimization
• Experience in Restaurant, QSR, F&B or Retail brands is preferred
• Strong command of English for both written and verbal communication
