Purchasing Officer - Food and Beverage (Golf Club at Pathum Thani)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Operate the ordering of food and beverage for Golf Courses. - Coordinate hospitality section for procurement including timely arrival of purchase orders based on vendor lead times - Confirm pricing on purchase order - Work with vendors on shipment and quality issues - Assist manager of purchasing for identifying new product opportunities - Negotiate product costs and promotional dollars with vendors - Negotiate and compare freight pricing with logistics companies - Other duties as assigned by Purchasing Manager or direct Head of Department

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's Degree in Institutional Management, Foods and Nutrition or Hotel and Restaurant Management - At least 2 years of working experience in Food/ Beverage/ Restaurant Service/ Hotel or the related field - Excellent Interpersonal Skills/Relationship building - Dynamic, work under pressure, fast learner, can-do attitude, well organized
