Japanese Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Oversee a team of outbound sales agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
• Track key performance metrics, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
• Hire, train, and mentor sales agents to enhance their skills and maximize efficiency.
• Work closely with senior management and other departments to align business goals.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken & written).
• Proven experience in managing outbound sales teams (On-line trading, Insurance, financial services).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Ability to drive sales performance in a KPI-driven environment.
• Experience working in a high-paced call center or telesales environment.
• If have prior work experience in Japan (this will be given special consideration).
• CV in English only
