Develop and maintain technical expertise in molecular genetics and cytology testing.

Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers and internal teams, including product presentations, workshops, and consultations.

Conduct on-site product demonstrations, evaluations, and validations.

Deliver technical training and create scientific selling tools for commercial use.

Troubleshoot product and application issues and coordinate effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.

Prepare and maintain technical documents, guides, and application notes to support product usage and compliance

Collaborate with international technical teams and global suppliers to ensure best-in-class customer support.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 2ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medical technology, or relevant science-based field.

Strong knowledge and understanding of molecular genetics or cytology.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a clinical, pathology, or molecular genetics laboratory.

Prior experience as an Application Specialist or Product Specialist is a plus.

Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a clinical or scientific setting.

Strong team player with a high level of responsibility and efficiency.

Own a car and driving license; willingness to travel across the country (Bangkok and upcountry areas).
