Inventory & Costing Manager (ด่วน)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• As Inventory & Costing Manager, you will work with accounting, distribution center and quality improvement team. Handle full loop of inventory and costing. Perform reconciliation between SAP and inventory system. Job Description: - Lead team in inventory and costing closing process on monthly basis - Implement measures to ensure accurate costs in the system - Reconcile inventory and costing accounts to general ledger - Prepare and develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances on monthly basis - Monitor inventory transactions at Distribution Centers (DC) and Stores to ensure accuracy and investigate case of problems - Develop the improvement of internal controls related to inventory - Due with external auditor related to inventory and cost - Involve in inventory count process - Other tasks by assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Thai, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fields - 7-10 years of working experiences - Hands-on mindset, problem-solving skills and good analytical skills with detail information - Ability to direct and supervise - Strong in MS Office, especially in MS Excel (Pivot, VLookUp) and PowerPoint - Work experiences in Auditing Field Big 4 is a plus - Direct experience in retail, hypermarket, convenience store, or FMCG business is preferable - Experience in SAP and WMS is a plus
