Corporate Sales Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's corporate sales targets. This includes setting sales goals, forecasting sales revenues.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or account managers. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Managing Individual Sale Target and Team Target to achieve as set.
• Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Lead sales presentations and negotiations with corporate clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts that highlight the value proposition of the company's products or services.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Direct Experience as Corporate Sale Manager (Any Business) or Direct Experience as Corporate Insurance Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics in Group Life and Non-Life Insurance.
